Returns and refund policy

Race Fuel and Additives are Hazardous Materials, and as such are not eligible for general refunds. 

If you decide you have ordered the wrong product, please get in touch: RaceFuel@BirchPerformance.co.uk. Let us know your order number and the issue, and we will see what can be done. 

Any exchanges, returns or refunds will be exclusive of shipping costs and bank fees (>5%).

Any non-hazardous items purchased can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (exclusive of shipping and bank fees), provided the item is in original condition.
