Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand the options and procedures for delivery.

General Shipping Information

Covers all products except barrels of race fuel and Travel Packs (see below).

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day
  • We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends as we are shut down
  • We offer two service levels for delivery: Express (1-2 working days) and Standard (3-5 working days).
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Goods are generally despatched same day or next working day for orders placed after the 1pm cut-off

Race Fuel Shipping

About race fuel shipping:  We don't aim to make money on shipping and whilst fuel delivery costs are not cheap, we are proud to be able to say that our rates and service are some of the best (possibly the best) out there.  We also ensure all costs are transparent to you, showing fuel and delivery price (including VAT) before you place your order.  The delivery service is the only safe and reliable method for getting your fuel barrels to you. 

We can ship fuel to anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales - if your address isn't recognised at checkout please message us (racefuel@birchperformance.co.uk)

For race fuel barrels 19 litres and larger, we offer the following options for shipping or collection:  

Fuel Delivery Service

We have partnered with the HazChem network to offer safe and efficient delivery of race fuel. Delivery fees vary based on your postcode and the number of barrels ordered (calculated automatically at checkout). The following delivery options are available:

  1. Parcel Service: Ideal for up to 10 barrels.
  2. Full Pallet Service: For larger orders of up to 48 barrels.

Delivery Times:

  • Premium Parcel Service: Next-day delivery (available most of central England).
  • Economy Parcel Service: Typically 2-3 working days.
  • Pallet Service: 4-5 working days.

Important Notes:

  • A signature is required upon delivery of hazardous goods. These items cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour
  • Delivery timescales can vary depending on how busy the Hazchem network is
  • For a smooth delivery experience, please provide a working mobile phone number and stay alert for calls from unknown numbers after placing your order - the carrier will try to contact you should there be an issue with delivery
  • If the delivery cannot be completed, additional charges may apply for redelivery. Any extra redelivery or return costs will be deducted from your refund if you need to cancel
  • We recommend delivering race fuel to business addresses (e.g. your tuner or garage) for ease

Travel Pack Shipping

Fuel Collection

We offer two locations for race fuel collection:

Long Marston, Warwickshire (CV37 8RA):

    • Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
    • Saturday: 9:30 am - 1 pm
    • No charge for collection
    • Pre-arranged collection with at least 24 hours' notice required
    • Pre-paid fuel only

North Weald, Essex (CM17 9LD):

    • Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
    • £20 pick-up fee
    • Pre-arranged collection with at least 4 days' notice required
    • Pre-paid fuel only

To arrange a collection, simply select the "Race Fuel Collection" option at checkout and choose your preferred collection point, date, and time slot. Please note: fuel cannot be collected without prior arrangement.  Once your order is placed we will email you with full collection instructions.
